What Michael Thought Us

As people are brought together from all corners of the world to remember and celebrate the life of Michael Joseph Jackson, those who love him for his music and dance come to now know that he was just a person and for his closest friends and family, he was just Michael. For the rest of the world, we lost a music genius, a king, entertainer, singer, you name it but above all the ridicule, child molestation charges, plastic surgeries, marriage and divorce, he was first a son, brother, cousin and father. What is different with him is, he is famous and known by almost all of living individuals on Earth. Notice the present tense here.

For the fans, probably the most heart wrenching part is he was taken away from us short of a month before his comeback concerts 'This Is It'. Nevertheless, is it like he has done his job well and it was time for him to go back. He certainly is not Jesus and far from perfect but somehow he had so much of love that he spread it to the people close to him, to his music and his fans. We might think shouting "I love you" to his fans was just a gimmick but think again, he really did mean it. Fans are truly a form of gratification for any performer. I imagine him as a non judgemental person, kind, generous, always accepting and a person who loved companionship while we are busy bringing each other down either for our benefit or to make ourselves look better.

One more thing I learnt about him more than when he was living is, he was a dreamer and he realized his dream. His whole family is a testament that dreams DO come true despite of background, economic status and colour of the skin. They are probably the most famous family in the world right.

So what he thought us was, love without division and fight for your dreams and have faith. In the end, love, hope and faith govern all.
